QServices is not headquartered in Amsterdam, but we work with Amsterdam clients across FinTech, Logistics, and Tech on remote React Native development engagements with roughly three hours of daily CET morning overlap. We are a remote-first software consultancy serving Netherlands businesses that need cross-platform mobile apps without the cost of two separate native codebases.
Amsterdam's FinTech, Logistics, and Tech sectors each create distinct mobile app requirements:
GDPR compliance is not optional for any app handling EU resident data. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) enforces it. DNB oversight applies specifically to Dutch-regulated FinTech products. We account for both in architecture decisions from the start, not at the end of a build.
Our engineering team is based in India (IST, UTC+5:30). Amsterdam operates on CET in winter (UTC+1) and CEST in summer (UTC+2). In either season, there is a three-hour window each morning, roughly 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM CET, when both teams are online at the same time. That is 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM IST in winter, 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST in summer.
Within that window we hold a standing weekly video call on Teams or Slack, whichever your team already uses. Sprint reviews and demos happen on a two-week cadence and are always scheduled in the CET morning slot. Between calls, we use async video walkthroughs for pull request reviews, UI decisions, and build approvals. You get a shared Jira or Linear board showing what is in progress, what is blocked, and what shipped that sprint.
Code is reviewed before every merge, not batched at the end of a sprint. Pull requests go through internal review first, then to your team for sign-off if you want it. For projects handling EU personal data, we provide a written data processing agreement and EU-compliant infrastructure architecture as standard deliverables. On-site visits for milestone reviews are available; travel costs are quoted separately.
We have not listed an Amsterdam client because we do not have one to name here. The two closest real projects we can reference are in logistics and health, both built on React Native.
Logistics (direct match with Amsterdam's primary industry): We built the My Delivery last-mile delivery management app for a logistics operator. The app handles real-time order tracking, proof of delivery capture, driver assignment through eLogi API integration, and Zoho-powered invoice generation, running on React Native with a .NET backend on Vultr Cloud. Amsterdam's logistics sector, from port operations to last-mile carriers, maps directly to this type of build.
Last-mile delivery business
End-to-end delivery management with real-time order tracking and proof of delivery
Zoho-powered invoice generation with two-factor authentication and eLogi integration for driver assignment
Consumer mobile platform: We built Equalution, a personalized nutrition app with a React Native mobile client for end users and a React.js web app for dieticians, backed by ML-driven macro targeting. The industry is health, not FinTech, but the dual-audience architecture, a user-facing mobile app plus an operator web dashboard, is one Amsterdam FinTech and logistics product teams frequently need.
Health and nutrition coaching startup
ML-driven personalized calorie and macro targets using body metrics for sustainable diet plans
Dual platform: React.js dietician web app and React Native client mobile app with 80/20 whole-food approach
Our rates are quoted in USD. Amsterdam clients comparing against local Dutch or Western European agencies will find our India-based team materially lower cost at equivalent seniority levels.
For FinTech apps under DNB oversight or any product requiring formal GDPR compliance architecture, add 15-25% for additional documentation, data flow mapping, and third-party review overhead. See our full React Native development pricing breakdown for a line-item view.
Three steps: a 45-minute discovery call to understand your product, timeline, and technical requirements; a scoping document covering user stories, architecture outline, milestone plan, and a fixed-price or time-and-materials quote; then a project start date with a two-week setup sprint covering environment, CI/CD, and design handoff. We respond to new enquiries within one business day. Use the form on this page to book a call.
Yes. We have no Amsterdam office. What we have is a delivery model built for remote engagements: three hours of CET morning overlap for live collaboration, async updates via Slack or Teams for everything else, two-week sprint reviews with recorded demos, and a shared board for full visibility into progress.
For regulated projects, whether GDPR data handling or DNB-scoped FinTech apps, we include written data processing agreements and EU-compliant infrastructure documentation as standard deliverables, not as extras. If you want to understand how we structure engagements end to end, the React Native development service page covers our full delivery model and team structure.
