One customer, in both systems.
CRM integration keeps your CRM and ERP agreeing about customers, products, prices, orders and credit status, so sales sees what finance sees and nobody retypes a deal. QServices builds it with native connectors where they're good enough, and proper integrations where they aren't.
| Zapier | Power Automate | Custom integration | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | From $19.99 a month for 750 tasks; extra tasks at 1.25 to 2.5 times the rate | $15 a user or $150 a flow or bot a month | A build, then hosting and monitoring |
| Good for | Simple, low-volume triggers | Microsoft shops, approvals, moderate volume | High volume, two-way sync, older ERPs |
| HubSpot | Supported | An independent-publisher connector Microsoft and HubSpot don't support, 100 calls a minute | HubSpot's own APIs |
| Salesforce | Supported | Premium connector, 900 calls a minute, upsert by external ID | Salesforce APIs; Bulk API above about 2,000 records |
| Watch for | Task costs at scale | Licensing for premium connectors | Monitoring and ownership after go-live |
From Zapier, Microsoft and Salesforce documentation, October 2026.
| CRM | Limit | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | 100 to 190 requests per 10 seconds; 250,000 to 1M a day by tier | Batch updates; don't sync field by field |
| Salesforce | Daily API allocation by edition | Use bulk for large loads |
| Dynamics 365 / Dataverse | Service protection limits per user | Business Central has Microsoft's own sync, every 30 minutes |
| Zoho CRM | Credits per day by edition | Plan large syncs overnight |
Every object, field owner and sync direction.
Sales and finance sign off who owns what.
Duplicates merged, IDs shared, sync built with retries and alerts.
Check HubSpot's marketplace first: it lists around 70 ERP apps, though connectors for SYSPRO, Epicor, Sage and others are mostly third-party with few installs. Otherwise integrate through HubSpot's APIs, within its rate limits, with the ERP owning customers, products and invoices.
Use Salesforce's documented integration patterns: request and reply for lookups, batch for large loads (Bulk API above about 2,000 records), and events for changes. Store the ERP ID on the Salesforce account and upsert by it.
Zapier for simple, low-volume triggers; Power Automate if you're a Microsoft shop with approvals in Teams. For two-way, high-volume CRM to ERP sync, a proper integration is usually cheaper and safer over time.
It depends on objects synced, one-way or two-way, volume and how clean the data is. Tool costs range from Zapier's $19.99 a month to Power Automate's $150 a month per flow or bot; a custom build adds a one-off cost. We price after a two-week assessment.
Field ownership, sync direction, shared IDs, duplicate cleanup, product and price sources, alert owners and a reconciliation.
Ask about their work on your exact ERP, how they handle API limits and conflicts, who monitors the sync after go-live and how they'll clean the data first.
