We do not sell Microsoft licences. We help you set up Teams, SharePoint and Copilot properly, so that they work together. In our experience, the order in which you do this makes a big difference.
The Problem
Please check your current Microsoft bill once. In most of the companies we work with, everything shown in this session is already included in it. So the issue is not the cost. The issue is that the setup is not done in the correct order. If your SharePoint is not organised and you start using Copilot on top of it, Copilot will pick up the wrong file and give you a wrong answer.

The same policy is saved in four different places. There are no tags on them, and nobody is sure which copy is the latest one.

A decision is taken in a meeting and everybody agrees to it, but nobody writes it down. Since the meeting is recorded, people feel that the recording itself is enough. After three weeks the same discussion happens again, usually with someone who was not present the first time.

Please check who has access to your document libraries. In many companies these files were shared with everyone long back and never reviewed again. If you connect an AI assistant to such files, it will show that content to anybody who asks for it.

Meeting notes in Teams
We conduct a normal management meeting and let Copilot prepare the notes. It records the decisions taken, assigns the action points to the concerned people, and lists out the follow-up items.

Finding a policy in SharePoint
Main Demo
An HR manager types a simple question, such as how many casual leaves an employee gets in a year, or which documents are required for a new joinee. There is no need to search folder by folder. Copilot gives the answer and also shows the policy document from which it has taken that answer. This last point is important. If the source is not shown, somebody will have to check the answer manually, and then there is no saving of time.

An IT security policy is updated. The system sends it for approval automatically, maintains the different versions properly, and sends reminders to the people who have not approved it yet.

Security settings before you star
Before anything is made live, we complete the security settings: document classification, data loss prevention rules, login restrictions and audit logs. Most companies do this at the end, or sometimes not at all. We suggest doing it first.

Why QServices
If you do not need Copilot for every employee, we can tell you that directly. A company that earns commission on licences will find it difficult to say the same thing.
Document classification, data loss prevention and access rights are completed before Copilot is connected to your files. If this is kept for a later phase, in most cases it never gets done.
Finance and HR need different access rights, so they need separate assistants. A single common assistant for the whole company usually stops being used after some time.
After every demonstration you get something you can actually open and check: a workflow, a document structure, or an audit report.
Common questions
No. A large part of the session is about what you can do without buying anything new, such as organising SharePoint, adding tags, setting up security and building basic workflows. Wherever a demonstration needs a paid licence, we will mention it at that time.
There is an offer at the end and we are not hiding it. But thirty minutes out of sixty are live demonstrations. If you take the free review and do not contact us again, that is completely fine with us.
We will explain what is already included in the plans you have, and what needs to be purchased separately. We will not show prices on screen, because Microsoft keeps changing them. It is better that we check your actual numbers during the review.
