It shouldn't. It can find inconsistencies and draft change requests, but engineers approve any change to released master data.
Capture evidence at ship time (ASN, BOL, proof of delivery, inspection records), compare each debit with the contract, and dispute formula-based warranty charges that ignore fault. An agent can assemble the pack; a person decides.
If they handle controlled unclassified information, yes: they need to run inside environments that meet NIST 800-171. Phase II certification was paused in July 2026, so check the current status.
