Access requests with approval
A request in the portal or Teams
Manager approves; Entra adds the group; the ticket closes itself
Jira and ServiceNowKeep the service desk you have. Fix what sits between it and everything else.
The ticket tool is rarely the problem. The hand-offs are: access requests waiting on email, new joiners set up by hand, ERP integration failures nobody sees. QServices connects Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or Freshservice to Entra ID, Intune and your ERP, with approvals where they belong.
Your request is with your manager for approval. Once approved, access is added through Entra and you'll get a confirmation here.

Yes. Entra provisions users to ServiceNow through its gallery app, to Freshservice through a SCIM app, and to Atlassian Cloud with an Atlassian Guard subscription and verified domains.
Not in Jira Service Management: approvers answer from email, Teams or Slack without an agent licence. Freshservice and ServiceNow support approval chains in their workflows.
When one request touches several systems, such as granting ERP access after a manager approves, or when the built-in AI would mean a tier upgrade for a single use.
