ERP consulting for SYSPRO, Epicor, Dynamics, Infor, Sage and SAP Business One

Your ERP stays. We don't touch the core.

QServices builds integrations, AI agents and upgrade plans on the ERPs mid-sized manufacturers and distributors actually run: SYSPRO, Epicor, Dynamics GP and Business Central, Infor, Sage and SAP Business One. We connect through each one's supported business logic, never straight into its database, so the next upgrade doesn't break what we built.

Plus NetSuite and Acumatica, for integrations and agents only.

FAQ

Questions about the ERPs we work on.

Do you implement new ERPs?

We implement Business Central, mostly for companies leaving GP or NAV. On SYSPRO, Epicor, Infor, Sage and SAP Business One we integrate, extend, support and plan upgrades or moves, rather than selling licences.

Do you change the ERP's core?

No. We work through each ERP's supported interfaces, such as SYSPRO business objects, Epicor REST v2, GP eConnect or the Business One Service Layer, so vendor upgrades keep working.

Can AI agents work on an older ERP?

Usually, if the version has a supported API. Vendor AI tends to arrive in the cloud editions first, so on older or on-premises systems custom agents fill the gap, with a person approving postings.

What if our ERP isn't listed?

If it has an API, a file export or a database we can read, we can usually connect it. We'll tell you in the assessment.
