NetSuiteIt can draft the G703 lines and G702 summary from percent complete, approved change orders and retainage rules, and check that everything foots. The PM approves percent complete and a person signs.
Request conditional waivers for the current draw and unconditional ones for the last, matched to amounts, and track them per sub. An agent can request and track; AP releases payment.
Procore's list of supported ERP integrations doesn't include Business Central, so it needs a custom integration, which we build.
The federal prompt payment clause requires paying subcontractors within 7 days of receiving payment. State rules vary.
