HubSpotHubSpot runs the pipeline. Your ERP runs the money.
A won deal in HubSpot should become a sales order in your ERP without anyone retyping it, and the invoice status should flow back so sales can see who has paid. QServices connects HubSpot to Business Central, NetSuite, SYSPRO, Epicor, Sage and SAP Business One, with a named person approving orders before they post.
Most integrations need all four. Agreeing which system owns each piece of data comes before any connector.
Products sync by SKU, so a deal's lines match real ERP items.
HubSpot price books hold prices by region and currency; every product needs a price in every currency.
Credit limit, balance and on-hold flag show on the company record before a rep quotes.
The deal's lines become a draft order; currency, items and tax code must match or nothing is created.
A named person approves orders above an agreed value before they post.
Invoices can sit in HubSpot as non-billable records, so sales sees what's paid while the ERP still bills.
From HubSpot's knowledge base and developer documentation, October 2026.
HubSpot's own data sync covers NetSuite and Dynamics 365. For SYSPRO, Epicor, Sage, SAP Business One and most Business Central setups, it's a marketplace app, an integration platform or a build.
Free base sync, maintained by HubSpot
Can create sales orders and invoices for NetSuite and Dynamics 365
Custom field mappings need a Data Hub subscription
Changing a deal's price after the Dynamics order exists doesn't update the order
Ready-made mappings for a specific ERP
Many have very few installs: one SAP Business One app lists under 10, from $900 a month
Often one-way only
Templates, monitoring and retries
Handles several systems at once
Vendor estimates run $1,000 to $3,000 a month
Someone still has to own the mappings
Fits a Microsoft estate and Business Central
The HubSpot connector is a community-published preview: Premium, 100 calls a minute, no triggers
Fine for light jobs, not order sync
HubSpot APIs and webhooks on one side, the ERP's own API on the other
Exactly your rules, with an approval queue
Needs monitoring and someone to run it after go-live

From HubSpot's documentation on data sync, deduplication and webhooks.
HubSpot's own data sync covers NetSuite and Dynamics 365. For SYSPRO, Epicor, Sage, SAP Business One and most Business Central setups, you use a marketplace app, an integration platform or a custom build on HubSpot's API and webhooks.
Yes. At closed won, the integration reads the deal's line items and creates a draft order, as long as currency, items and tax codes match. We add an approval step above an agreed value, and changes after the order exists need their own handling.
Any Data Hub tier for custom field mappings; Professional, at $720 a month on annual billing, for custom code actions and bulk duplicate management.
It can. Companies created through the API aren't deduplicated by domain, and older ERPs often lack clean keys. Agree the matching key, such as the ERP customer number, before the first sync.
They use HubSpot Credits. The Customer Agent costs $0.50 per resolved conversation, and credits beyond your plan cost $0.01 each.
HubSpot agents can write CRM records and call outside systems, but anything that posts money should go through a named approver. HubSpot's own Revenue agent can't change invoice amounts or payment terms.
