Route inbound leads

Lead created, enriched and assigned by territory and availability
Reps should sell. The CRM should keep itself.
Salesforce's own research says reps spend only around 40% of their time selling. The rest is data entry, chasing approvals and retyping deals. QServices builds agents and flows that route inbound leads in minutes, keep the CRM clean, draft proposals from CRM data and hand won deals to the ERP, with reps and managers approving what customers see.
On HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Sales or Zoho, connected to your ERP.
Harvard Business Review's study of 2,241 companies found most took far too long to answer web leads. Routing is the cheapest fix in sales.
| Measure | Finding | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Answered within an hour | 37% of companies | HBR, 2011 |
| Average first response | 42 hours | HBR, 2011 |
| Answered within an hour vs later | About 7 times more likely to qualify the lead | HBR, 2011 |
| With routing tools | Average response about 3.5 hours, against about 13 without | Workato study (vendor) |

| CRM | Duplicates | Lead routing |
|---|---|---|
| Dynamics 365 Sales | Up to five published rules per table; merges accounts, contacts and leads | Assignment rules that can check seller capacity and availability |
| HubSpot | Suggests duplicates, but doesn't dedupe companies created through the API; merges can't be undone | Round robin and load-balanced rotation in workflows |
| Salesforce | Matching and duplicate rules | One active lead assignment rule at a time |

Gartner finds sales leaders who rebuild data, automation and user experience are far more likely to see a return on AI.

Anything a customer sees is the rep's call.
Capture every form and email as a lead, enrich it, then assign by territory, round robin or capacity, skipping reps who are away. Dynamics 365 Sales assignment rules and HubSpot rotation workflows both do this; aim to answer within the hour.
Count duplicates and empty fields, switch on duplicate rules, merge in batches with a person checking, store a shared ID with the ERP, and make key fields required so the mess doesn't come back.
Turn on duplicate detection at creation, match on email, domain and tax ID, make imports check before creating, and remember HubSpot doesn't dedupe companies created through its API.
Have an agent draft from the deal, the products and past winning proposals, using a Word template with repeating line items, and let the rep edit before sending.
Connect forms directly or through Power Automate, and run event lists through a flow that matches existing contacts before creating new ones.
Routing and qualifying leads, cleaning CRM data, drafting proposals, approving discounts and handing won deals to the ERP. Gartner finds AI saves sellers hours a week, but most teams don't reinvest it, so plan where the time goes.
