QServices is a remote-first Microsoft Copilot Studio development company serving Houston clients in Energy, Healthcare, and Logistics. We are not based in Houston, but our team works evening IST hours to maintain roughly two hours of morning CT overlap for standups and project reviews. All engagements are priced in USD. See our full services overview for context on what we build.
Houston's three core industries each have specific use cases where Copilot Studio fits naturally:
Across all three industries, the Texas Data Privacy Act (TDPSA) applies to copilots handling personal data of Texas residents. That means data minimization, user access rights, and documented data flows must be part of the build from the start, not added during QA. The Texas Attorney General's office is the TDPSA enforcement authority and publishes current compliance guidance.
Our team is in India (IST, UTC+5:30). Houston runs on Central Time (CT, UTC-6 standard, UTC-5 daylight). The gap is 11.5 hours in winter and 10.5 hours in summer. Our project leads work 7pm-9pm IST daily, which lands at 7:30am-9:30am CT during the standard time months. That two-hour morning window covers your standup, any urgent review, and async handoffs before your workday begins.
Weekly cadence: Monday standup (30 minutes via Microsoft Teams), async updates in Teams through the week, Friday demo or review session. Code reviews run in Azure DevOps pull requests that you can read and respond to on your own schedule. Nothing gates on a live call if you do not want it to.
We ship working builds to a staging environment every week. You review on your own time, leave feedback in Teams or the PR, and we address it before the next standup. For milestone reviews such as requirements sign-off or UAT, we can extend overlap hours that week to accommodate a longer session. We have not opened a Houston office. The remote model works when communication is deliberate, and we build that structure into every engagement from day one.
Neither of our published case studies comes directly from Houston's core industries of Energy, Healthcare, or Logistics. We want to be upfront about that rather than overstate our local footprint.
Our two Microsoft Copilot Studio engagements are in adjacent domains. For Melegacy, an investment and legacy planning platform, we built a Copilot Studio agent integrated with the Nasdaq API to surface ML-driven stock recommendations and manage nominee designations in a single conversational interface. The agent automated investment and legacy workflows that had previously required manual processing by the client's operations team.
For an Italian e-commerce retailer, we built a customer support copilot connected to Shopify APIs via Power Automate. It handled real-time order status and inventory queries, eliminating the manual customer service queue that had slowed every response. Both engagements required connecting Copilot Studio to live external systems and configuring grounding correctly, which is the same integration challenge Energy, Healthcare, and Logistics buyers in Houston bring to us.
Investment management and legacy planning platform
ML-powered stock predictions from Nasdaq historical data with investment recommendations based on user amount
Legacy sharing with nominees and charity management in a single Copilot Studio chatbot
Italian e-commerce retailer
Significantly reduced manual customer query handling with automated real-time order status and inventory responses
Improved customer satisfaction by eliminating response delays that previously required manual intervention for every inquiry
Our senior Copilot Studio rate is $65/hr. Typical project ranges for Houston engagements:
If your project involves HIPAA or Texas Data Privacy Act compliance review, add $5,000-$20,000 for third-party compliance work. Each additional non-trivial system integration adds $3,000-$12,000. All pricing is in USD. See the full Microsoft Copilot Studio pricing guide for a detailed cost breakdown by scope and team composition.
Starting is three steps:
Use the contact form on this page to request a discovery call. We respond within one business day CT.
Yes. All our US engagements run remotely. Our team is India-based and works CT-aligned hours (7pm-9pm IST, landing at 7:30am-9:30am CT in winter) for live standups and reviews. We communicate via Microsoft Teams, deliver weekly builds to staging, and run async code reviews in Azure DevOps. No Houston office is needed for this to work.
For data residency, we configure Copilot Studio's Power Platform environment to keep data within your Azure tenant in a US region. This addresses Texas Data Privacy Act requirements around personal data storage for Texas residents. We do not store your business data on QServices infrastructure. If your workload also touches HIPAA, we scope compliance documentation into the project from day one. More detail on our Microsoft Copilot Studio service page.
