QServices is a remote-first Azure cloud migration company. We are not based in Munich, but we work with Bavarian manufacturers, insurers, and automotive firms on remote engagements with 3 to 4 hours of CET morning overlap each day. Our cloud and software services are fully remote.
Munich's manufacturing, automotive, and insurance sectors each bring specific requirements to a cloud migration. This is not a generic lift-and-shift market.
Typical project types: migrating .NET applications from on-premise Windows Server to Azure App Service, moving SQL Server to Azure SQL Managed Instance, containerising workloads with Azure Kubernetes Service, and replacing manual deployment scripts with Azure DevOps pipelines.
Our engineers are in India (IST, UTC+5:30). Munich runs on CET (UTC+1 in winter, UTC+2 in summer). When your team starts at 9am CET, it is 1:30pm IST in India. That gives us three to four hours of synchronous time before our close of business at 5:30pm IST.
In practice: a 30-minute standup at 10am CET each morning, asynchronous updates via Teams or Slack throughout the day, and a commitment to clear any blockers before 1pm CET. Sprint reviews and architecture walkthroughs happen live on Zoom and are recorded for stakeholders who cannot join. Code is reviewed on pull requests in English.
For BaFin-regulated clients, we produce the outsourcing documentation required under BAIT or VAIT as a named project deliverable, not an optional extra. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner with direct access to Microsoft's compliance and architecture resources. On-site visits to Munich are available for kickoff or milestone reviews if the client requires them.
We have not worked with a Munich-based client in manufacturing or automotive. We are noting that upfront. The two case studies below both involve Azure cloud migration in regulated environments, which is the closest parallel we can honestly offer.
For SomBank, an Islamic bank in Somalia, we built a mobile payment platform on Azure Service Bus, Azure B2C, and Azure Key Vault for a strictly regulated financial institution, with rigorous secrets management and compliance documentation. It launched with over 100,000 downloads and a 4.8-star rating, making it the first digital payment platform in a predominantly cash-based economy.

For Ergonnex AI 360, an IT project management SaaS startup, we deployed a production Azure environment with Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, delivering real-time project tracking dashboards and AI-driven resource allocation.

If you are a Munich-area insurer, manufacturer, or automotive supplier, you would be our first Bavarian client in that vertical. We would say exactly that in a proposal, not after you have signed.
All pricing is in USD. Conversion to EUR is at the prevailing market rate and is not built into our quotes.
For BaFin or VAIT-regulated engagements, add 15 to 25 percent for compliance documentation, outsourcing register entries, and audit trail tooling. Each non-trivial system integration (SAP, legacy ERP, Salesforce) adds $3,000 to $12,000. See our Azure cloud migration pricing guide for a complete breakdown.
Three steps: a 30-minute discovery call to map your current infrastructure and compliance obligations; a written scoping document with a fixed estimate and timeline; and a project start once you approve the scope. Most engagements start within two weeks of the scoping call.
Use the contact form on this page to schedule a call. We respond to all Munich enquiries within one business day.
Yes. The 3 to 4 hours of CET morning overlap covers daily standups and real-time blockers. Sprint reviews and architecture sessions happen live on Zoom and are recorded. Code review is async on pull requests, which works well across time zones.
For data residency, we deploy into Azure's EU regions (Germany North or Germany West Central) and sign Microsoft's Data Processing Addendum as part of every engagement. EU GDPR obligations remain with you as data controller; we act as data processor and document that in the engagement agreement. For BaFin-regulated firms, we provide BAIT or VAIT outsourcing documentation as a named project deliverable. Current BaFin IT supervision guidance is published at bafin.de.
