We are not based in Phoenix, but we work with Arizona businesses in healthcare, real estate, and aerospace on remote Power Automate engagements. QServices is a remote-first Microsoft Solutions Partner serving Phoenix companies on workflow automation. Browse our full services list or read on for how this works in practice.
Phoenix's three dominant industries (healthcare, real estate, and aerospace) each produce different types of repetitive workflows that Power Automate handles well.
Arizona's breach notification statute (A.R.S. § 18-552, effective 2018, amended 2021) applies to any automated workflow that stores or transmits personal information. We treat this as a scoping requirement, not an afterthought. Power Automate's integration with Azure Active Directory makes role-based access straightforward to configure and audit. For the full statute text, see the Arizona State Legislature.
Phoenix does not observe daylight saving time, sitting at UTC-7 year-round. Our India-based engineering team works at UTC+5:30, a fixed 12.5-hour gap with no seasonal shift.
We schedule one live standup at 7:00-7:30 am MT (7:30-8:00 pm IST for our team). That is the daily sync point. Outside that window, we run async: every flow we build during the Indian work day is pushed to a shared Power Platform environment, documented in Teams, and ready for your morning review. Sprint reviews use recorded Loom walkthroughs plus a live Q&A slot at the same 7 am MT window.
For milestone demos, typically at the end of each two-week sprint, we offer a second call slot at 5:30 am MT (6:00 pm IST) if the 7 am slot does not work. We use Power Automate's built-in environment separation (dev, test, prod) so your team validates each flow before it touches live data. Approvals happen inside Teams, which most Phoenix clients already run.
We do not have a published case study with a Phoenix or Arizona client. Our two closest engagements involve industries with overlapping process and compliance patterns:
BA Systems: Banking CRM (Power Automate + Power Apps + SQL Server). We built lead management and opportunity qualification flows for a mid-market bank without overwriting existing CRM customizations. The documented access controls required by that bank's security policy follow the same pattern Arizona's breach notification law requires for healthcare and real estate data. Read the BA Systems case study.
Smart PM Assistant Bot (Power Automate + Azure AI Foundry + MS Teams). We automated sprint backlog creation, meeting transcript capture, and real-time Power BI dashboards for an IT services company, using the same Microsoft stack that most Phoenix aerospace and healthcare operations teams already run. Read the Smart PM case study.
Neither engagement is in Arizona. If you need a reference call with a client from a regulated US industry, we can arrange that as part of the scoping conversation.
All engagements are priced in USD. Our rates run $20-$65/hour depending on seniority. Most Phoenix Power Automate projects fall into one of these brackets:
For Phoenix healthcare clients, HIPAA scope adds 15-25% to base estimates (documented access controls, audit logging, business associate agreement). Each system integration outside the standard Microsoft connector library adds $3,000-$12,000. See our Power Automate pricing page for a full breakdown, or explore our Power Automate for healthcare page.
For data residency, we configure Power Automate environments to US-based Azure regions by default. Microsoft publishes regional availability details in their Power Automate geographic availability documentation.
Yes, and it is how all of our US engagements run. Phoenix's fixed UTC-7 timezone means the 12.5-hour gap with India stays constant year-round with no seasonal drift, unlike cities that observe daylight saving time. We hold one live 7 am MT sync daily and run async the rest of the day using Microsoft Teams and Jira.
For data residency, Power Automate flows that handle Arizona-regulated personal information should store data in US-based Azure regions. We configure the Power Platform environment's data location as a standard setup step. Arizona's breach notification law covers any business that maintains unencrypted personal information, and we document every flow's data handling path in the project handover notes so your team has a clear audit trail.
