QServices is not headquartered in Austin, but we work with Austin clients across Tech, Healthcare, and Real Estate on remote engagements with 4 to 6 hours of daily CT overlap. QServices is a remote-first Microsoft Solutions Partner that plans and executes Azure cloud migrations for companies that need to reduce infrastructure costs, improve uptime, and prepare for AI and data work on Azure.
Austin's three main private-sector industries each have distinct migration requirements:
Texas-specific compliance context: the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies to businesses that process personal data of Texas residents above certain volume thresholds. It requires data minimization, purpose limitation, and the ability to honor deletion and opt-out requests, all of which affect how you architect data stores and access controls on Azure. If your company handles insurance data, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has additional data handling and retention requirements. We factor both into every migration plan we write for Austin clients.
Our engineering team is India-based. Austin runs on Central Time (CT). That gives us an overlap window of roughly 8 AM to 10 AM CT most business days. We structure engagements to work inside that window rather than around it.
Standard communication cadence:
All architecture decisions, security configurations, and compliance controls go through a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review by a named senior engineer before we send anything for your approval. This applies to every Azure migration we do, not just AI workloads. It is how we catch mistakes before they reach your infrastructure.
On-site visits to Austin are available for milestone reviews (end of discovery, go-live sign-off) at cost. Most clients find the remote model works well once sprint cadences are established. You get a named project lead throughout, not a rotating account manager, so your contact knows the full migration plan and can make decisions without escalation.
We have not worked with a client based in Austin specifically. The two Azure migration projects we can reference are from banking and SaaS. Both are directly relevant to Austin's Tech and Healthcare buyer profiles, and we are naming them rather than inventing a local reference.
SomBank Mobile Payment Platform - We built and migrated a mobile banking platform for an Islamic bank onto Azure using Azure Service Bus, Azure B2C, Azure Key Vault, and an Ocelot API Gateway. The platform launched with 100,000+ downloads and a 4.8-star rating, and it was the first digital payment platform in a predominantly cash-based economy. The secrets management, auth, and compliance architecture we used maps directly to what regulated industries in Austin, including Healthcare and insurance, need from HIPAA and TDPSA-aligned migrations.

Ergonnex AI 360 (SaaS platform) - We migrated and built a project management SaaS startup's platform onto Azure using React 18, Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Azure, with real-time dashboards, AI-driven resource allocation, and third-party connector integrations. This is the type of work Austin Tech companies running B2B SaaS ask for when they want to move off on-prem infrastructure or consolidate DevOps under Azure.

Our pricing is in USD. Typical Azure cloud migration engagements range from $15,000 to $150,000 depending on scope:
For HIPAA or TDI-regulated scope, add 15 to 25 percent. Each non-trivial integration (EHR, MLS, payment processor) adds $3,000 to $12,000. See the full Azure cloud migration pricing breakdown for detailed estimates by scope type.
Our intake takes one to two weeks from first contact to signed scope:

Yes. All of our Austin client work is done remotely. We do not have a physical office in Austin or anywhere in the United States.
Our engineers work in IST (India Standard Time), 10.5 to 11.5 hours ahead of CT. We schedule standups and demos at times that work for your Austin team, typically 8 AM to 10 AM CT. We use Microsoft Teams or Slack for async communication. All code, documentation, and deliverables go into client-owned repositories and Azure subscriptions from day one. You own the IP and the infrastructure.
For clients with TDPSA or TDI data handling obligations, we design Azure architectures that keep data in US-based Azure regions (East US, South Central US). We do not route client data through our own infrastructure at any point in the migration process.
