Your always-on AI sales
team for Upwork.

QIS is QServices’ always-on AI sales engine. It monitors Upwork around the clock, scores every job that fits, and writes a personalised proposal — before competitors finish reading the brief.

Upwork is won in the first hour.
Humans can't be online 24/7.

Before QIS, sourcing leads on Upwork meant hours of browsing, reading, and
writing-with the best opportunities slipping past while a teammate was at
lunch.

01
The first hour wins
Upwork proposals submitted in the first 60 minutes are 4x more likely to be shortlisted. Manual monitoring can’t keep up.
02
Reading every brief

Hundreds of jobs posted daily. Reading and triaging each one takes hours that nobody has.

03
Quality at volume

Generic templates get filtered out. A personalised cover letter takes 20 minutes. Math doesn’t work.

04
Operational chaos

Tracking what’s been bid on, what’s pending, what converted — across spreadsheets and inboxes — falls apart fast.

~20 jobs/day

~280 jobs/day

Three stages. Zero human steps.

A new job appears on Upwork. Within minutes, QIS has read it, scored it, written
a tailored proposal, and put it in front of the sales team – ready to submit.

Process Cards
01
Evaluate

An AI model reads the brief and scores it 1–10 against QServices' real capabilities — Azure, Power Platform, .NET, mobile, AI integration. Anything below threshold is silently skipped.

Lead QL-20439
Stack match Azure / .NET
Budget fit $8K–$15K ✓
Score 9.2 / 10 — Strong
02
Compose

QIS writes a cover letter in the voice of a QServices developer. It cites a matching case study, answers every screening question, and even catches "secret words" clients hide to test attention.

Hi — saw your post about migrating .NET to Azure. We shipped a similar workload for Loan Cirrus last quarter — Hyperscale SQL, full audit trail, FDIC-ready.

On your 10K concurrent users question: App Gateway + autoscale on CPU and queue depth, Redis for session.

03
Deliver

A full proposal document (Word) is generated, attached, and pushed into the QLS dashboard. The sales team reviews, tweaks if needed, and submits — usually within minutes of the job going live.

Every lead, every letter,
in one place.

QLS (QServices Lead System) is the dashboard where the team reviews
everything QIS produces. Score breakdown, generated letter, client history, and
submission status – without leaving the page.

What changes when sales runs on autopilot.

Is QIS available as a product I can buy?

Today, QIS runs exclusively for QServices’ own pipeline. It’s the engine behind how we win Upwork work — not a shrink-wrapped SaaS. If you’re interested in a similar system built for your sales channel, that’s exactly the kind of bespoke engagement our team takes on. Book a call to talk it through.

An LLM reads the full brief and weighs four signals: stack match against QServices’ core capabilities, budget realism, project clarity, and client signal (history, payment verified, hire rate). Each gets a sub-score; the final number is a weighted average. Anything under 6 is filed away; 7+ goes to drafting.

Yes. Every letter references the specific job, picks a matching case study from QServices’ real portfolio, answers each screening question by name, and adopts the appropriate tone (technical for engineering managers, outcome-focused for ops leads). No two letters share more than ~15% of their content.

No catch. Since February 2026, QIS has evaluated 20,352 jobs end-to-end. Of those, 5,315 cleared the qualification bar and got a full proposal. Every letter was AI-generated, every score was AI-computed, and zero humans were in the production loop — only on review and submission.

Yes. The proposal lands in QLS as a draft. A salesperson opens it, skims the score breakdown and letter, and either submits as-is, edits, or skips. Average review time is under 90 seconds. The ‘human in the loop’ is at the gate, not in the assembly line.

A dedicated Mac Mini in our office runs the QIS workers continuously. Detection, evaluation, and drafting run on a hybrid of GPT-class models and our own fine-tuned classifiers. The QLS dashboard is a Next.js app on Azure App Service. Total monthly run cost: less than one analyst’s hourly rate.

Want a sales engine like this for your channel?

QIS is what happens when an engineering team turns its own sales process into a
product. We build the same kind of always-on, Al-augmented systems for clients
– book 15 minutes with an architect to talk through yours.
